As an AI Strategic Project Manager Associate within the Securities Services Operations team, you will play a key role in a multi-year program focused on driving strategic improvements through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will support and manage a variety of projects and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of the program's objectives. Your effective project management skills and strong understanding of business processes will be essential to your success.

• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders involved in the program(s).
• Develop a keen understanding of business needs.
• Secure a strong understanding of the processes and responsibilities of all program participants.
• Support overall project delivery by embedding in workstreams, assisting with interdependencies, driving solutions, and escalating issues to ensure completion.
• Produce project materials at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the review and sign-off of project materials and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Provide support for the creation of project and program communication materials.
• Manage timely execution of the project plan and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, address, and resolve risks and issues impacting projects.
• Handle various ad‑hoc requests on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate strong performance, flexibility, independence, and the ability to build strong partnerships, escalade appropriately, and offer tactical or strategic solutions to issues encountered.
• Project management experience, ideally with exposure to project management teams and their methodologies.
• Relevant financial industry or digital tooling experience.
• Strong analytical background with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, able to create impactful slides quickly.
• Proven ability to support the management and delivery of complex projects.
• Takes responsibility for issues and follows through to resolution.
