Job summary

Tech Mahindra in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on AI Solutions Architect with 10-15 years of experience to design, deploy, and manage sovereign AI platforms in regulated telecom and government environments.

You will lead architectures, deployment blueprints, governance, and security compliance, leveraging Generative AI, NVIDIA AI technologies, and cloud-native platforms to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI Orchestration, LLM fine tuning, model serving, vector databases, and Agentic AI Orchestration.
• Hands on expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, containers, GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and Cloud foundry.
• Understanding of telecom domains including Network Operations, Service Assurance, Telecom OSS (Operations Support System), Security Operations, Google Cloud Platform Networking, and AutoAI.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance, risk management, and critical infrastructure security.
• Excellent Leadership Skill, Stakeholder Management, and Counselling and Mentoring Skill.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end to end Sovereign AI solutions encompassing infrastructure, data, security, governance, and AI applications.
• Define AI architectures, deployment blueprints, and modernization roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Advise customers on AI adoption strategies, data sovereignty, compliance, and operational models.
• Implement and operationalize NVIDIA NIM, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG, AI agents, and GPU based AI platforms.
• Ensure compliance with TSA requirements, data sovereignty regulations, and e Governance standards.
• Drive AI use cases including anomaly detection, O&G Asset Mgmt Predictive Maintenance Static, service assurance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), autonomous networks, and digital twins.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver secure AI solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands on AI Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Sovereign AI platforms within regulated environments such as telecom and government sectors. • Hands on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem, GPU optimization, and secure/air gapped deployments.
