Job summary

F5 is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and Gemini, for a major UK client.

The role is UK-wide with a hybrid model, London preferred; you will work with stakeholders, guide engineers, ensure secure, scalable architectures, and shape the automation practice.

You'll join a global technology consultancy's intelligent automation practice, leading the design and delivery of AI solutions for a major consumer products and retail client. There's scope to shape the current project and build your career across wider client engagements.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions using GCP, Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Design agent workflows and multi-agent architectures, integrating them with existing business systems.
• Define how solutions are monitored and ensure they are secure, scalable and reliable.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and guide architects and developers through delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Proven commercial experience designing or developing agentic AI solutions on GCP.
• Strong technical architecture experience, with the ability to explain your decisions and lead delivery.
• Practical experience with agent design patterns, multi-agent systems and monitoring.Confident communication with clients and technical teams.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre transformation.
• Salesforce knowledge is a bonus, particularly Service Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud.

The practical details

The role is open to candidates across the UK, with London preferred. Expect around two days a week in your nearest company office, plus client travel when required.

Salary is flexible depending on your experience. BPSS checks are required.
