You will lead architecture and delivery, develop models in Python using Azure AI Services, build video analytics pipelines, ensure scalable, secure deployments, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on AI/ML solution development.

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect / Senior AI Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Azure AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies, with experience in building scalable AI applications, including video analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Architecture & Delivery Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of AI solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud AI services.
• Design and integrate AI-based video analytics and video processing solutions.
• Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing.
• Cloud & Platform Engineering Design and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Implement edge AI solutions where applicable.
• Apply DevOps practices for AI model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Participate in requirement gathering and review functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Quality & Governance Conduct code reviews and participate in peer reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, coding best practices, and project governance.
• Leadership & Innovation Mentor junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
