Job summary

Virtuoso is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to build AI-powered products and agentic applications across Azure and Microsoft 365. You will own the solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment, while engaging customers to shape practical, high-value outcomes.

You’ll work with a small, high-impact team, contributing to architecture, governance, and secure, scalable cloud-native solutions. On-site role in West Malling with a competitive £45k–£55k salary.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure services, and SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own solutions from discovery through deployment and continual improvement.
• Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Collaborate across engineering, data engineering, and solution architecture to deliver measurable outcomes.
