Vbeyond is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to secure AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments. You will embed security controls throughout the AI lifecycle and strengthen safeguards for LLMs, foundation models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in AI security engineering or related fields.
• Strong background in securing AI/ML lifecycle stages, including model development, training, evaluation, deployment and operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI red teaming, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling and security testing techniques.
• Familiarity with secure CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and cloud security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or equivalent; cloud security certifications from AWS/Azure/Google Cloud are desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML/LLM-based solutions to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Design, implement, and monitor AI security controls, guardrails and detection capabilities to prevent and respond to incidents.
• Conduct AI red-team exercises simulating prompt injection, jailbreaks, model manipulation, data leakage and adversarial attacks.
• Secure the entire AI lifecycle including development, training, evaluation, deployment and ongoing operations.
• Embed security controls within AI CI/CD pipelines and configuration management processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects and governance teams to define AI security standards.
• Analyze emerging AI threats to continuously improve defensive controls and testing methodologies.
• Provide guidance, training and best practices for secure and responsible AI adoption.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to secure AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments. The role will focus on embedding security controls throughout the AI lifecycle and strengthening safeguards for large language models (LLMs), foundation models, AI models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications. As an AI Security Engineer at Vbeyond, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our AI initiatives from emerging threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring that AI deployments are resilient, compliant, and aligned with best security practices.

This position requires a proactive security professional with a deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle risks, hands-on experience in AI red teaming, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and governance professionals. Your expertise will help shape secure AI strategies, implement effective security controls, and contribute to the responsible adoption of AI technologies within our enterprise clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in AI security engineering or related fields. A strong background in securing AI/ML lifecycle stages, including model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and operational environments, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience with AI red teaming, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security testing techniques such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, and adversarial attacks. Familiarity with secure CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and cloud security is also required. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent, along with cloud security certifications from providers like Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud, are highly desirable. Candidates should also possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyze emerging AI threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to continuously improve defensive controls and testing methodologies.
• Support the secure and responsible adoption of AI technologies across enterprise environments by providing guidance, training, and best practices.
