Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model. You will score exchanges, compare images/videos, and explain in writing what appeared off, all on your own schedule and remotely.

This freelance/independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule with no minimum hours. Earn up to $15 per hour, paid weekly, with potential incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and making clear calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
