Job summary

London & Partners seeks an AI Programme Manager to lead the Integrate strand of a three-year programme funded by the GLA. You will orchestrate governance, financial management and reporting, coordinating multiple teams, partners and SMEs to deliver impact for London's businesses.

You’ll drive programme delivery end-to-end, monitor risks, adapt operations, and ensure robust data recording while collaborating with Finance, Compliance and Legal. A fast-paced, hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business support programmes for the public sector.
• Proven track record managing complex projects.
• Experience supporting London’s small businesses.
• Experience in grant processes and cohort-based support.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience in financial planning, administration and programme compliance.
• Experience developing governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up AI programme governance and risk management.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of the AI accelerator programme.
• Oversee training, consultancy, internships, events within budget.
• Coordinate with technical specialists, marketing and operations.
• Maintain delivery plans and monitor milestones.
• Review participant feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate to develop programme improvements.
