As an AI Strategy Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of our AI transformation across the Credit Cards lifecycle.
This isn’t a pure strategy role – you’ll be close to the detail, using AI tools hands-on to test ideas quickly, prove what works and help move successful opportunities towards delivery.
You’ll identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases, build and manage a clear backlog, and lead rapid test-and-learn cycles that show where AI can create measurable value.
You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, product, platform and business teams to translate opportunities into clear experiments, track success metrics and support the scaling of solutions that have strong customer and commercial impact.
A key part of the role will be building momentum. You’ll help colleagues understand what AI can do in practice, bring technical and business teams together, and create the confidence needed to move from experimentation into meaningful adoption.
