Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is building an AI Enablement team in London and is seeking a Product Lead to drive discovery, design and delivery of AI-powered opportunities across the business.

In this hands-on role you'll map processes, run rapid experiments, and translate needs into technical requirements while driving adoption and education through the AI Champions Network. You'll own the Bauer AI Chat roadmap and influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management (AI, data or automation experience preferred).
• Strong experience running discovery workshops and process mapping.
• Proven ability to run rapid prototypes or experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in change, adoption or upskilling programmes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for AI Assistants, including Bauer AI Chat.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, workshops, and process mapping to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility, risk, and impact assessments to build data-driven business cases for proposed initiatives.
• Own the rapid experimentation and prototyping, testing, and iterating to validate use cases.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to translate ideas into technical requirements and product features.
• Bridge business and technology teams by translating operational needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Partner with the Change Director to drive internal AI education, adoption, and champion networks.
• Lead AI Champion activities, including training, pilot programs, feedback loops, and demos across the organization.
