Job summary

You will work in cross-functional squads to design, build and launch AI-powered solutions, partnering with AI engineers, data scientists and industry specialists to deliver measurable client outcomes and uphold PwC's trusted AI standards.

Qualifications

• Practical experience across the data science lifecycle - feature engineering, model design, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Fluency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices, including Git for version control.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) and scalable solutions.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences with storytelling and visualization skills.
• Intellectual curiosity with a disciplined, hypothesis-led approach to ensure analytical rigour and business relevance.
• Commercial curiosity to understand how analytics drives business outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset for working in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional product squad to launch and scale AI client solutions, from core data science products to Agentic AI.
• Design and advise on data science approaches, balancing rigour, interpretability and scalability.
• Partner with sector and go-to-market teams to identify client challenges and inform development priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers to productionise models on cloud platforms using MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Monitor model performance and user feedback to refine algorithms and improve product outcomes.
• Embed responsible and explainable AI principles to ensure outputs are trusted and compliant.
