Job summary

Burns Sheehan Ltd is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI-native product company in London to hire a Product Engineer at mid-level / early senior—shape the next stage of the platform and own features across frontend and backend.

The role offers equity and a hybrid setup (1 day per week in central London). You will work with Vue 3, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, building AI-powered experiences that improve workflows and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping software across frontend and backend.
• Commercial Python experience and backend systems familiarity.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (Vue, React or Angular).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered product experiences that drive user adoption and value.
• Design and improve AI workflows including evaluation, monitoring, tracing and iteration.
• Develop personalization and recommendation systems using contextual data.
• Handle data modelling, permissions and privacy in enterprise growth.
• Improve platform architecture, reliability and performance as the user base scales.
• Explore AI capabilities to deliver genuine customer value.
