Job summary

Peritus Partners is building an AI-powered fraud detection platform and is expanding its core engineering team. The role focuses on backend development (80%) using Node/TypeScript and Python, with some React (20%) for UI and AWS serverless architecture.

Join a YC-backed startup with strong funding as they scale to serve fintech clients. You will work directly with the CTO on defining the core product and architecture, in a small, ambitious team that already has paying customers.

Qualifications

• AI or BSc graduate with at least 18 months professional development experience in fast-paced teams or 0-1 structures.
• Experience handling end-to-end features.
• Experience developing architecture and system design.
• Adopt a build it, run it approach.
• A genuine interest for AI and LLMs, with real world experience.
• Excellent communicator who can work with customers.
• Truly motivated by 0-1 environments, ideally coming from this before or with a true passion to get into it.

Responsibilities

An AI powered fraud detection system is making waves within the financial sector. Already being used by several unicorn fintechs, this YC backed team are now looking to grow with a number of hires to formulate their core engineering team.

One of those hires, maybe you, will be focused on developing our core platform. The role is mostly backend focused (80%) using Node/TypeScript and Python with some React (20%) for the UI. As we are mostly a backend product, working with APIs and connecting the LLMs to our clients, we also need someone who can work in a serverless architecture, using AWS.

The founders are experienced fintech specialists having worked with someone the most exciting teams from Europe. Now we turn out attention to hopefully the next big B2B AI product, and your chance to join awaits.

Your profile:
