Job summary

British Airways is seeking an AI Product Delivery Lead to own delivery, adoption and performance of AI and automation products within a business directorate. You will connect business needs with data capabilities, define roadmaps, and ensure products deliver sustainable value while aligning with wider BA strategies.

The role collaborates with delivery squads, stakeholders and central data teams to prioritise work, manage risks and drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering AI and automation products at scale.
Cross-functional collaboration with delivery squads, business stakeholders and data teams.
Understanding of data governance, privacy and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to prioritise AI and automation products and drive adoption.
Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business value.
Oversee delivery and optimise product performance across lifecycles.
Coordinate reuse and scale opportunities across directorates.
Track progress, manage blockers and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
