Job summary

Legend London is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to own financial reporting, consolidations across UK and international entities, and commercial finance partnerships. You’ll implement ERP upgrades, leverage AI to automate processes, and drive robust controls across a multi-entity ecommerce business.

You’ll lead month-end close, board reporting, and intercompany reconciliations, working closely with executives to enable strategic decision-making and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international multi-entity experience.
• Experience leading ERP migrations and automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to produce consolidated management accounts across currency structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from existing finance systems to integrated ERP.
• Own monthly close across UK, UAE, Netherlands and USA entities.
• Produce management accounts, board packs, KPI dashboards.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Lead annual audits and ensure tax/compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop scalable finance processes and drive AI/automation initiatives.
