Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content creation.
• Strong working knowledge of LMS systems.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Evolve (and desirably Storyline or Captivate).
• Experience with AI-driven content creation.
• Understanding of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick and best-practice learning methodologies.
• Creative thinking, strong communication and outstanding organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
• A passion for digital learning innovation and exploring what’s possible.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance e-learning modules using Mapal and other LMS platforms.
• Create compliance and safety training that supports thousands of colleagues.
• Build blended learning journeys that combine e-learning, live sessions and on-the-job activities.
• Use AI-driven tools to create dynamic learning content.
• Work closely with subject-matter experts to identify needs and transform them into impactful learning.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and reflects best-in-class instructional design.
• Apply ADDIE and Kirkpatrick methodologies to design, measure and improve learning.
• Support facilitators with high-quality resources.
• Analyse learning data to understand performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion innovation in digital learning tools.
