Ryan is seeking an AI-Enabled Business Solutions Intern to join the EAP team, working with business and technology colleagues to identify, develop, test and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve processes and user experiences.

This 6–12 month internship offers practical hands-on exposure across AI, automation, data and project delivery, with potential progression to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Open to recent graduates and placement-year students.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a placement year option.
• Open to a broad range of disciplines with AI/tech interest.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and how they improve business processes.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and testing AI prompts, agents, automations and other AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and identify user needs for AI applications.
• Support delivery and coordination of AI projects from idea to implementation.
• Work with technical teams to set up, test and implement solutions.
• Analyze data and user feedback to assess impact and accuracy of solutions.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reusable materials.
• Contribute to demonstrations, training and awareness for new solutions.
• Engage in stakeholder meetings and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply responsible AI practices regarding privacy, confidentiality and risk.
