Qualifications

• Proven professional software engineering experience and ability to design and ship complex systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating ML models into production, including LLMs and retrieval.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining code quality, test coverage, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI applications and services using modern software engineering practices.
• Define and implement foundational platforms and tools reusable across the enterprise.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives with business stakeholders to deploy AI solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and APIs into robust applications.
• Champion automation in workflows from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, tooling libraries, and documentation.
