MillTech in London is seeking a Quantitative Researcher specializing in AI and machine learning to join the Quant Solutions Group. You will research FX markets, develop quantitative models and analytics, and translate insights into actionable risk management improvements.

The role emphasizes robust Python workflows, collaboration with tech teams, and staying abreast of the latest advances in quantitative finance and AI.

Qualificações

• BSc/MSc in a quantitative field with substantial programming components.
• Proficiency in Python; interest in ML/AI.
• Strong Python skills with NumPy, Pandas and scikit-learn.
• Analytical skills to formulate hypotheses, test ideas and interpret results.
• Interest in FX/financial markets and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research on FX markets using quantitative, statistical, ML and AI techniques.
• Analyze structured, semi-structured and unstructured data to identify insights and signals.
• Evaluate latest developments in quantitative finance, AI and ML and apply to real problems.
• Develop robust research prototypes and Python-based workflows.
• Support deployment of research into production with tech teams; focus on research over software engineering.
• Stay updated on financial markets, quantitative research and AI advancements.
