Our applications primarily focus on safety-critical applications within the automotive and industrial domains. Founded in 2015, Ingeni has grown into a global team and become a trusted partner for IP semiconductor design teams seeking a simpler and more streamlined way to achieve complete product compliance.

Building Nex-Gen Tools

As part of this initiative, we are building a suite of intelligent tools to support this mission, with three products currently under active development by our team. Central to this effort is the integration of AI and machine learning, with the long-term vision of creating AI-native applications that would improve efficiency and effectiveness for a variety of engineering workflows within the semiconductor domain.

Role

In this role, the Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer will lead the design and development of the AI / ML capabilities powering these intelligent tools. You will take ownership of building, deploying, and scaling production-grade models, and play a key role in shaping our AI-native applications that act as copilots for engineering workflows in the semiconductor space. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive technical direction, mentor team members, and ensure our AI solutions deliver real, measurable value.

Experience [Required]

• Python
• Building RAG pipelines, or RAG implementations in cloud applications
• Analysis, benchmarking, selection and review of OSS models
• Building REST APIs
• Common Cloud AI resources (Amazon Bedrock / SageMaker, Google Vertex AI etc.)
• Postgres, both for traditional relational database and for vector database (pgvector, pgai, Pinecone or similar)
• Application-level AI orchestration tools (LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph etc.)

Experience [Desirable]

• Node JS
• TypeScript
• Express, NestJS or similar
• Portable fine-tuning of AI models (eg : LoRA)
• Multi-cloud and / or multi-tenant architecture
• Terraform
