Job summary

DVF Recruitment is partnering with a leading professional services organisation in London to hire an experienced AI & Machine Learning Manager who will shape the firm’s AI strategy and oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight.

You will lead a growing AI/ML team, collaborate with senior stakeholders and external technology partners, and champion responsible, scalable AI across the organisation.

We're looking for an experienced AI & Machine Learning Manager to join a leading professional services organisation and play a key role in shaping its AI strategy.

This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of AI and ML solutions across the firm. You'll lead a talented team of AI/ML professionals, work closely with senior stakeholders and oversee external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for AI and ML solutions.
• Identify and deliver AI use cases aligned to business objectives.

About You

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning and model development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R or C#.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex, with strong engineering, security and testing practices.
• Proven experience leading ML, data science or AI engineering teams, ideally across global environments.
• Strong project/programme management and IT strategy experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of emerging AI and technology trends.
