This role will be to work as part of the AI Business Solutions group and join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally and deliver meaningful business impact across the value chain.

The AI Localization Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that AI systems are adapted to and optimized for the Spanish market to ensure successful implementation and adoption in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for localizing AI systems into Spanish to ensure that they are customized to Spanish culture, language and region.
  • Assist in translating content in various formats, including digital and print media, audio and video media, and other communication channels from Spanish into English.
  • Test AI systems throughout their development cycles to ensure robustness, accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness in the context of Spanish language.
  • Identify gaps or errors in the AI language model for the Spanish language and collaborate with developers to implement updates that improve accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to optimize Spanish language data and training data.
  • Build and maintain terminology databases and glossaries for AI systems for Spanish language.
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvements in the Spanish language data and training data for AI systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies or a related AI systems field.
  • Proven experience in localization and internationalization of software products, preferably AI systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong project skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish language, culture, and market context.
