Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an AI Innovation Intern for the Service Sales team in London for Fall 2026. This 12‑week internship offers hands-on work on AI-driven projects and exposure to commercial leadership within the Global Customer Services division.

The role focuses on developing AI capabilities, automating workflows, and collaborating with Sales Operations for customer outcomes. Applicants should be pursuing MIS/Analytics and have basic programming skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Available for a full‑time, 12‑week internship in London, working 3‑5 days a week from September to December.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of Vendor Sales principles.
• Basic programming experience in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience in building AI applications and connecting systems via REST APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Bonus: Customer‑facing experience.
• Bonus: Experience with Cloudflare Workers AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven prototypes to automate workflows within the GCS ecosystem.
• Create models for future forecasting and resource planning automation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing tech stacks using APIs for real‑time solutions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to structure post‑sales data for model training.
• Refine system prompts and model parameters for high‑quality outputs.
• Translate optimization ideas into technical requirements and minimum viable products.
• Contribute to internal documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Develop collateral to support team initiatives.
• Engage with commercial leadership to present solutions for customer outcomes.
