Responsibilities

• Partner with Business & Practice Teams to identify AI opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI workflows and outputs with quality standards.
• Champion responsible and effective use of AI tools; design training and user guidance.
• Contribute to reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks; track adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to scale AI solutions and embed them across the organisation.
• Help teams build confidence using AI in daily work and drive adoption.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Innovation Advisor to help transform how professional services teams use AI in their day-to-day work.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, law, and technology, working directly with practice teams to turn complex workflows into practical, high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted, scaled, and embedded across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Business & Practice Teams

• Act as a trusted advisor on where and how AI can add value
• Work closely with teams to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate real-world tasks into clearly defined AI solutions

Build & Deliver AI Solutions

• Design and develop end-to-end AI workflows
• Create, test and refine prompts and outputs to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to scale solutions

Drive Adoption & Training

• Champion responsible and effective use of AI tools
• Design and deliver training, demos, and user guidance
• Help teams build confidence using AI in their daily work

Improve & Scale Best Practices

• Contribute to reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks
• Track adoption, performance, and impact of solutions
• Share insights and continuously improve how AI is deployed
