What you’ll do

• Partner with business and technology owners on new AI capabilities as they work through the path from the whiteboard to MVP.
• Create, maintain and support the implementation of Group-wide AI governance frameworks and, alongside the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary team, relevant policies and procedures.
• Perform due diligence on the AI tools and systems (proprietary or 3rd party) used to understand their compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.
• Promote and defend the new AI Governance function to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

What you’ll need

• Demonstrable experience from a tech first scaleup or digital enterprise where you’ve worked closely with established tech and product teams.
• Significant experience in AI governance, data privacy, compliance, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and privacy regulations and standards on a global scale.
• Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholders, building relationships across international businesses and delivering solutions to stakeholders.
