Job summary

Stacks is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead technical deployments and onboarding for new customers, integrating Stacks with core financial systems. The role combines project management with hands-on ERP and technical work, enabling customers to adopt and scale Stacks effectively.

The position offers office-first, London- or Amsterdam-based work, with opportunities to shape product improvements while collaborating with a high-calibre team in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Accounting ERPs and finance processes.
• Ability to explain complex systems to customers and solve problems.
• Strong familiarity with accounting, month-end close, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of Stacks for new customers and features, configure environment, run tests, support UAT, and provide cutover and hypercare.
• Advise customers on best practices, translate accounting problems into solutions, collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop internal tools and automation scripts to streamline implementations and scale operations.
• Update and create documentation to support client self-service and improved onboarding.
• Capture customer feedback and work with Product/Engineering to prioritise future development.
