Job summary

Dex is partnering with a London-based engineering team to build an AI agent ecosystem. You will ship high-quality code, refine the harness, tools and context, and own end-to-end evaluation pipelines, data collection, SFT and RL components.

Based in Hoxton, London, this role requires 5 days a week in the office and offers a clear path to technical leadership as you tackle deep, high-impact challenges in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications
