What you will do

• Drive the design and implementation of AI features across nPlan's product set, taking ideas from inception to release.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Research Engineers to integrate cutting‑edge AI solutions into production systems.
• Experiment with new models and apply multiple ML/LLM approaches to extract meaningful insights from complex graph data.

The ideal candidate

• Has shipped LLM and generative AI‑based applications to production, with experience in evaluation and the development lifecycle of LLM features.
• Is proficient in Python, building APIs, and cloud‑based backends, possessing a strong technical foundation for problem‑solving.
