Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, architect, and deploy robust AI solutions. You will work with data scientists, data engineers and software engineers to deliver advanced AI projects in regulated environments.

You will champion modern development practices, mentor teams on agentic coding, and help clients understand the distinction between standard ML and agentic AI. Flexible working options available.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and robust software engineering principles.
• Proven experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience using AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to accelerate development.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Core AI Solution Design: design, build, and maintain scalable AI architectures and pipelines.
• LLM Integration: operationalise LLMs and NLP workflows for production environments.
• Agentic & Multi-Agent Systems: design autonomous agentic workflows across tools.
• Production Engineering: collaborate with Data Engineers on data storage and cloud infra.
• AI-Assisted Development: champion agentic coding workflows and upskill teams.
• Advisory & Strategy: provide technical consulting on AI product development.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated with trends in AI engineering.
