Harnham is looking for an AI Engineer in Grimsby to lead the charge in developing AI solutions for a specialist motor finance provider. You'll be the first dedicated AI hire, responsible for designing systems that enhance customer analytics and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in AI, machine learning, and programming in Python, and will thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment offering flexibility and growth opportunities in AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering AI, machine learning or data science solutions into production.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP use cases.
• Confidence working across multiple projects and translating business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions across customer analytics, affordability, collections, and payments.
• Develop and scale generative AI and LLM use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to modernise legacy systems.

Skills
