• Drive projects from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Act as a trusted advisor, demystifying GenAI concepts and guiding adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with internal product and research teams to refine tools and best practices.
• Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate future deployments.

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years delivering production-grade AI solutions or advanced research experience (Master’s / PhD).
• Hands‑on experience building GenAI systems in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and a GitHub portfolio showcasing MLE or GenAI projects.
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, etc.).
