Hiire.co is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI applications for a US exchange in a production environment. The role focuses on building scalable systems that can reason, retrieve information, call tools and orchestrate complex workflows in a security-critical setting.
You will own the architecture and implementation from concept through deployment, with emphasis on measurable performance, auditable processes and robust guardrails across trading and market data
Most AI roles are building demos. This one is building production systems inside a mission-critical financial exchange.
A highly ambitious US exchange business is hiring an AI Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI applications across rates, derivatives, market operations, analytics and internal workflows.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of:
You will not be adding a chatbot to an existing product.
You will build systems that reason, retrieve information, use tools, orchestrate workflows, interact with internal platforms and operate reliably in an environment where security, accuracy and control are non-negotiable.
What you will own
You will design, build and scale:
You will take ideas from concept through architecture, development, testing, deployment and production support.
This is the real engineering challenge
Agentic AI in financial markets cannot simply look convincing.
It must be measurable, secure, auditable and dependable.
You will work directly on the failure modes that separate serious AI engineering from experimentation:
You will also influence the wider AI architecture, reusable components, evaluation standards and deployment patterns used across the organisation.
What we need
You should bring:
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar technologies would be highly relevant.
Experience in trading, exchanges, rates, derivatives, clearing, market data or capital markets would be a major advantage.
Who this is for
This role could suit an exceptional Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer who wants more than another generic AI position.
You will be close to the code, close to the architecture and close to the business problems.
You will be expected to challenge weak ideas, understand model behaviour, design for failure and build systems that can be trusted in production.
For the right engineer, this is the opportunity to join early, shape the technical direction and help establish a serious AI capability inside one of the most exciting new financial market platforms in the US.
