KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Build and refine AI/ML models, including LLM-based solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering).
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions, applying expertise in Python, SQL/NoSQL, and APIs for integration.
• Prototype and test AI applications, improving performance through feature engineering and model optimization.
• Explore and incorporate the latest open-source AI/ML tools into business solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Apply backend and data processing skills to handle structured/unstructured datasets efficiently.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Clearly communicate technical ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML to bring innovation into ongoing projects.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Data Science/AI/ML roles.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential -

• Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and GenAI (LLM/SLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt development).
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API development/integration.
• Hands-on experience with web scraping/crawling for data gathering.
• Ability to analyze model performance and optimize accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Exposure to on-premise or open-source AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).

Preferred/Advantage -

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and solution architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of a broad range of ML algorithms (supervised/unsupervised/deep learning).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
