Qualifications

• Deep operational domain knowledge in risk operations, KYC/AML, fraud, or credit risk.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in building and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases and lead design and execution of POCs.
• Collaborate with Engineering for deployment of AI solutions.
• Monitor AI agent performance post go-live and iterate for optimization.
• Build operational AI tools to empower Ops teams.
