This role is about enabling our colleagues to use AI tools more effectively. We aren't expecting you to be a technical expert in all things AI, but need to be willing to learn new tools and be confident using technology. You'll need to be a good communicator and be able to support colleagues who may be resistant or uncertain about some of the new technology we are rolling out, helping them realise the benefits these tools can offer. You'll need to understand how the practitioners you will support work, so you will need a broad understanding of children's services.
