Job summary

The role focuses on owning the product vision, backlog and delivering value through cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work across public and private sectors, shaping direction and priorities while developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Agile, user-centred products.
• Experience in either public sector (GDS) or private sectors (retail, financial services or energy).
• Ability to articulate AI use cases, benefits and risks.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and shape priorities.
• Willingness to travel between UK offices.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and backlog, deliver with the team.
• Support cross-functional delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and value delivery.
• Understand user needs and business requirements and priorities.
• Support discovery and experimentation activities where AI could help solve user problems.
• Help test and validate AI-enabled features to support client strategy and drive innovation.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and client hosting at events.
• Support internal campaigns, training and capability development.
