Job summary

GSK invites applications for an Associate Director to lead Translational PBPK‑PD modeling for oligonucleotide therapies and ADCs, translating preclinical data into predictions of human exposure and efficacy. You will guide MID3‑aligned decision making across Discovery, Biology, Chemistry and Clinical Pharmacology, with AI‑enabled modeling at the core.

This hybrid role (UK/US) offers 2–3 days on‑site and a path to growth within DMPK Translational Modeling, with potential relocation to Cambridge

Qualifications

  • PhD in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong experience developing mechanistic PBPK/PK‑PD models in industry or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering human PK and efficacious dose predictions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead translational PBPK‑PD modeling for biologic modalities and oligonucleotide therapeutics.
  • Develop and apply mechanistic whole‑body PBPK‑PD models.
  • Collaborate across functions to embed model‑informed drug discovery and development.
