Breakthrough Talent has partnered with a growing B2B SaaS business to appoint its first Head of UX. You will define what great UX looks like across the organisation, leading a small European design team and shaping the product experience with rapid iteration.

You’ll balance high-quality UX with commercial pace, establish clear UX standards and KPIs, and drive modern AI-enabled design workflows alongside traditional Figma processes.

Qualifications

• UX/Product design experience in B2B SaaS, multi-product platforms.
• Startup or scale-up experience with fast-moving environments.
• Ability to define UX standards and drive KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Own the UX vision, principles and standards across a multi-product platform.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of designers across Europe.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape features and workflows.
• Balance research with rapid iteration and business pace.
• Develop and evolve the design system and reusable patterns.
• Introduce AI-enabled design workflows (Claude) alongside Figma-first processes.
