Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a Technology Advisory Analyst to anchor AI-native advisory teams, translating strategy into executable delivery. You will frame challenges, validate hypotheses, and quantify trade-offs to produce executive-ready outputs.

Collaborating with senior leaders and engineers, you’ll drive research, translate business problems into actionable insights, and apply AI-enabled delivery practices to accelerate impact and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Experience translating business needs into technology recommendations.
• Experience working with AI-enabled delivery practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Research and Analysis: Perform core advisory activities including industry research, technology landscape assessments, business process analysis, data interpretation, benchmarking and opportunity identification.
• Translate Business Problems into Actionable Insights: Understand objectives, gather information, structure problems, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Support Client Engagements: Prepare executive-ready presentations, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and contribute to roadmap development.
• Apply AI to Enhance Delivery: Accelerate research and content development, validate outputs, and develop repeatable prompts/workflows.
• Ensure Quality and Delivery Excellence: Review outputs for accuracy, structure, insightfulness and client readiness; identify gaps and risks.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Capture reusable frameworks, share lessons, and improve AI-enabled delivery practices.
