Eque2 is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Owner to shape the next generation of its cloud estimating and cost-control software. You will own backlog quality, prioritisation and day-to-day delivery decisions, working with Product Management, Design, Engineering and QA to translate customer needs into deliverable work.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a closely related B2B SaaS delivery role.
• Experience owning and prioritising backlogs within an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong track record translating customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong process, workflow and data analysis skills.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations and data with Engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product discovery, analysis or prototyping.
• Understanding of AI quality, risk and human oversight for customer-facing features.
• Confident communication with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira or comparable product delivery tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritise the delivery backlog within agreed direction and communicate trade-offs.
• Translate validated customer needs into epics, stories and testable criteria for Engineering and QA.
• Lead refinement and sprint planning, resolving ambiguity quickly.
• Engage with construction customers to understand workflows and validate use cases.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, requirements and prototyping while maintaining controls.
• Identify valuable AI opportunities and define quality thresholds and safeguards.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering and QA on data models, integrations and APIs.
• Measure adoption and outcomes; use evidence to guide iterations.
• Communicate progress and maintain up-to-date release notes and briefings.
