Qualifications

• Experience managing technology or software delivery projects within a governed environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and applying AI-enabled tools within projects.
• Experience with PM frameworks or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity across the product development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track progress against defined performance measures and produce status reports.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resource planning and negotiate allocation with delivery leaders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and relevant regulations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
