Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Golang and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs and reliability.
• Experience with automation and IaC tooling (Ansible, Terraform).
• Proficient in shell scripting for automation and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to improve system reliability and operability.
• Automate manual tasks to reduce toil via automation/orchestration platforms.
• Write code that enhances telemetry and observability across services.
• Build dashboards using Grafana, Splunk, and New Relic for system health.
• Participate in live incident response and post-mortems with remediation actions.
• Mentor colleagues in new technologies and practices.
