Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in at least one programming language, with evidence you can learn new.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate progress on projects, blockers, and project timelines to Head of Engineering and Product & Delivery Lead.
• Use cutting-edge AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code, to design, implement, and improve features on our EQUAL platform.
• Work across domains (product, design, data, Dev Ops, cybersecurity) to understand problems and ship valuable solutions quickly.
• Ensure high quality deliverables through appropriate unit testing, automated checks, and documentation of systems and decisions.
