Job summary

NiCE in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to own the architecture of AI-led delivery platforms. You will shape design decisions, lead AI-driven implementation and validation in cloud-based, multi-server environments, and set intent while orchestrating implementation.

You will mentor engineers, drive security, scalability and API strategy, collaborate with Product Management, and ensure responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building C# applications.
• Proven ability to convert complex requirements into secure, scalable designs.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with DevOps, Git or similar source control.
• Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and quality disciplines.
• Solid understanding of network security, authentication, authorization.
• Experience with databases using Entity Framework or similar.
• Good knowledge of SOLID principles.
• Experience creating RESTful APIs.
• Recent hands-on use of AI tooling in daily work.
• Ability to ramp on new AI tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and lead AI-led design, implementation and validation.
• Lead technical decisions on architectural direction using a collaborative approach.
• Ensure architecture security, scalability, compatibility, maintainability, and responsible AI usage.
• Test your work, fix defects, and help resolve customer support cases.
• Ensure team adherence to architectural direction and standards.
• Mentor team on architecture practices and AI-led delivery techniques.
• Liaise with Product Management during planning sessions.
