Qualifications

• A penultimate year undergraduate/junior or 1st year master's or PhD student at a recognized University — completed and awarded before July 2028.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative, problem‑solving capabilities, and technical skills (Excel, VBA, R, AI, and ML techniques).
• Programming experience in Python.
• Demonstrated interest in AI with ability to explain fundamental concepts.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for financial markets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete one‑week in‑depth training on macro markets, Excel and Python, and AI tools.
• Work within the Quant or Applied AI team applying frontier AI techniques to research and trading problems.
• Contribute to the central analytics platform by developing core analytics library and trading tools.
• Collaborate with PMs to develop trading strategies, signals and back testing.
• Participate in talks, mentor program, social events and interactions with industry experts.
• Internship aims to convert top performers to the 2028 Graduate Program.
