Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Manager of Product Management within the Coro team to lead AI-enabled product development for Bain's digital solutions. You will translate case-team needs into scalable software with a cross-functional team spanning engineering, data, and DevOps, balancing scope and delivery with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include setting product strategy, maintaining roadmaps and OKRs, and proving adoption through metrics and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting with B2B growth, pricing, or data-intensive products.
• Experience steering software projects from problem definition to delivery, with engineers and stakeholders.
• Applied understanding of generative AI, assessing capabilities, risks and safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and market trends; define requirements and translate them into product decisions.
• Collaborate with Technology Lead, engineers, data specialists, and designers to keep delivery moving.
• Drive product releases, adoption and retention through internal and external enablement.
