You will work directly with our VP Product and contribute across the full product cycle from discovery, through specification and build, to release and analysis. The role is hands-on and analytical, with a strong emphasis on data and user insight.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing/completed in a related field (business engineering, IT, information systems, digital business administration).
• Analytical and creative mindset with ability to build-measure-learn thinking.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong documentation and reproducible analysis skills.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and Excel/Sheets; able to read dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Turn evidence into product ideas and manage full discovery → sprint cycle.
• Translate customer insights into buildable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Run backlog hygiene, standups, dependency tracking, and release planning with the dev team.
• Own regression testing, bug reproduction, and end-to-end dry runs.
• Lead KPI reporting and turn funnel data into actionable insights for the team.
