Job summary

Google is seeking a Performance Industry Manager within the Large Customer Sales Agency team in London. You will partner with top advertising agencies to drive growth for Google's performance advertising solutions, including Search, Performance Max, and AI-powered automation.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level clients, lead cross-functional teams, and translate client objectives into joint product adoption and growth strategies in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in Search advertising and AI-driven performance products (e.g., Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Led Growth).
• Experience presenting to executive client leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand agency business to uncover growth opportunities across your portfolio.
• Build relationships with C-level agency executives and Heads of Performance / Search.
• Advocate adoption of AI products and data strategies to drive performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams with autonomy to meet growth goals.
• Share innovative strategies across the Google team.
