Mixture of Experts is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to scale our climate tech product in London. You will lead an engineering function, implement AI-native practices, and work closely with the CEO to shape strategy and culture.

The role requires a strong engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance technical depth with strategic vision, while ensuring delivery of high-impact initiatives 3 days per week on-site in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in scale-up environments.
• Hands-on leadership balancing strategy and execution.
• Exposure to climate tech or sustainability-focused products is a plus.
