Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager to own growth strategy for a core product area in a fast-moving AI-driven environment. You will embed acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention thinking into product development, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to drive measurable outcomes.

You will design growth loops and product-led journeys, relying on data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and accelerate progress.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with growth exposure.
• Experience applying AI meaningfully within a product or team.
• Strong growth principles and ability to prioritise across the customer journey.
• Experience delivering 0→1 in evolving environments.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers.
• Data-driven decision making to guide product choices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a core product area, covering acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM to embed growth thinking in product development.
• Design growth mechanisms and discovery-led acquisition loops.
• Prioritize initiatives based on measurable outcomes and impact.
• Work with engineering to expose product capabilities for scalable growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear objectives and rapid execution.
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Scale a growth-led product development approach across the organization.
• Stay aligned with evolving AI capabilities to improve product opportunities.
